I loved the cleanliness and cozy rooms at this hotel. Despite the small size, the room was well-maintained and recently refurbished. The location on Leith Walk was perfect, within easy walking distance to the city centre through a very nice neighborhood. The hotel also provided free on-street parking outside, a convenient bonus. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. I was actually surprised to receive a 10% discount at a nearby cafe, The Remedy, without even asking for it.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, being close to the city centre and within walking distance of popular attractions like the Royal Yacht Britannia and the Christmas Market. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and are kept clean and tidy.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to the centre of the city and Edinburgh's main attractions. Guests can enjoy a pleasant walk through a nice neighborhood to reach the city centre. the hotel offers comfortable and modern rooms with ensuite shower/toilet facilities. Visitors can also enjoy a variety of amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room.
There were some issues with noise due to ongoing building works.
